Apro Formazione is a VET center with two training schools in Alba and Canelli, employing 100 members of staff and 400 professionals. Apro Formazione is a private non profit consortium which provide around 200 courses every week training more than 4000 persons per year in the following sectors: mechanics, welding and carpentry, computer science, electrotechnics, clothing and fashion, tourism and culinary art, hairstyling and beauty, commerce and service activities, health and human services, marketing and communication, administration and business management, design and graphics, environmental protection, safety, eco-management and foreign languages.
Since 2009, Apro Formazione collaborates with European partners on mobility projects, partnerships, development and transfer of innovation in the education field. Its European Network covers 20 Countries with more than 50 partners. Apro Formazione managed successfully more than 1.000 mobilities and got the Erasmus+ VET mobility charter in 2015 and the ETF Certficate of Vocational Excellence in VET Internationalisation in 2025.

JU SMŠ” Danilo Kiš” Budva, Montenegro, is a secondary vocational school, established in 1978, that provides vocational and general secondary education. The school educates students in the following areas of work: tourism, economics, gastronomy.
Practical classes are organized partly in specialized classrooms, in the school restaurant and partly by private entrepreneurs and companies. In addition to regular courses, there are also compulsory elective courses chosen by the students depending on their interests and affinities. Free activities are carried out through lectures, professional excursions, round tables, community work and other organizations to enhance cultural, artistic and sporting development and the acquisition of general culture. Regionally recognized by the competition in gastronomy - Gastro Cup. The school has 100 teachers and 1030 students
(2025/2026).

The Public Institution Center for Vocational Education (JU Centar za stručno obrazovanje) is a government body, founded in 2014 by the Government of Montenegro, with the primary objective of serving as a developmental, advisory, and research body in the field of vocational education.
Our mission is establishing and enhancing the vocational education system, continuous training, and skill development, in order to produce a workforce ready for labour market integration, further education, and lifelong learning. Some of the main sectors of work and expertise of the institution are: · Development of occupation standards - we specialize in the formulation and enhancement of various occupation standards, as per country needs, ensuring that they are in line with current market requirements and international best practices; · Development of professional qualifications standards - our institution is in charge of creating professional qualification standards for different occupations in demand; · Creation of educational programs - we design educational programs in line with the evolving needs of the national and European labour market. In addition, our institution is launching various initiatives for government programs aimed at advancing professional qualifications. Besides regular scope of work, Centre for Vocational Education has successfully participated in numerous EU projects in the previous six years, which demonstrates our competence in project management, and international collaboration. All in all, Centre for Vocational Education is an institution specialized for the subject of vocational education, with significant skills and expertise, and a successful track record in EU project participation and implementation.

The High School for Traffic and Communications was founded in Sarajevo in 1947 as the State Automobile Mechanics School. Since that year, 1947, the school has been developing both in terms of the capacity of buildings and equipment and in terms of the occupations that are taught in it. Over the years, the school changed its name to 01.09.2009. was given the current name High School of Traffic and Communications Sarajevo. Students were trained for technical and professional occupations in the field of: automotive industry, traffic and communications (Road Traffic Technician and Postal Traffic Technician), Car Mechanics, Car Electricians, Car Tinsmiths, Car Painters, Operators of building and cargo handling machines and Motor Vehicle Drivers (B category). Today, the school has 560 students, distributed in 27 classes. The number of employees is 82, 61 teachers, 9 administrative workers and 12 school maintenance workers. The school has 26 classrooms (with multimedia equipment), 3 IT classrooms, gym, library (5602 titles), school workshop equipped for practical classes for occupations: car mechanics and car electrician, Driver School (for training students for the profession Motor vehicle driver).

EfVET is a pan-European umbrella professional association, established in 1991, with the main purpose of building a network of practitioners VET institutions, to secure a voice across Europe in both European policymaking and practice arenas.
EfVET main aim is to influence policies and decisions regarding VET systems in Europe; to promote networking opportunities among Members facilitating their access to relevant information, resources, and tools; to act as a key dissemination partner in different projects and initiatives. EfVET represents around 412 associations in 61 countries with a reach of approximately 200,000 VET professionals and 2.000,000 learners

SIC Ljubljana is a vocational and technical school, founded in 1962, which prepares students to enter the labour market or continue their education. It provides programmes in the fields of logistics, textile and mechanical engineering. Approximately 1300 students and 500 adults are enrolled each year, with up to 10% of students coming from the Western Balkans region – Bosnia being the most represented. In the last ten years, the school has been actively involved in the process of renewal of vocational and technical education in Slovenia, with a strong emphasis on mastering the key competences and in the light of closer cooperation between education and the labour market.
There are two additional units being part of the organisation: Driving school Ježica with training for all driving categories and Intercompany Education and Training Centre (MIC), offering a key link between education and the labour market.

Build Green Group (BGG) is a non-profit organization based in Tirana, Albania, officially founded in 2017, evolving from an environmental movement since 2015. The organization has successfully contributed to fostering a sustainable future through environmental research, advocacy, education, and the implementation of short, medium, and long-term development projects in collaboration with local, national, regional, EU, and international partners. The mission of the organization focuses on several strategic pillars: Climate Change Education, Environmental Digitalization, Circular Economy, and Innovation. Working with academia, industry, government, civil society, and the business ecosystem, the organization emphasizes the inclusion and empowerment of women and youth, applying research, capacity building, awareness-raising, policy engagement, and innovation services to address sustainability at all community levels.
Over the past decade, BGG has implemented over 40 projects, produced 30+ research studies, delivered 100+ awareness campaigns, and conducted numerous capacity-building workshops with local and central government units, academia and research organizations, SMEs, start-ups, and youth. Its work has advanced sustainable waste management, circular business models, resource efficiency, and climate adaptation planning, while strengthening decision-making processes, informing policies, and introducing innovative practices, and its contribution has been recognized with the UNIDO Energy Globe 2020 award.
BGG has contributed to the initiation and implementation of several high-national and regional impact initiatives, serving as founder and implementing organization of: EIT Community Hub Albania, Green Building Council Albania, and LogEx Community. It has facilitated transparent funding schemes, especially from the EU (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Creative Europe), innovation competitions, hackathons and bootcamps, and mentorship programs that support sustainable initiatives.
Through its commitment to collaboration, knowledge transfer, and innovation, BGG continues to drive environmental advancement, community empowerment, and Albania’s transition toward a green and circular economy.

Albanian Skills – National Association for Skills Competitons, named Albanian Skills is an independent, national association without any economic intentions. It is its strong belief that a country’s functioning economy necessarily needs well-skilled and qualified professionals in addition to theoretically educated academics. Therefore, in Albanian Skills they are also convinced that a good education system must be built on a strong system of vocational education and training. The Albanian Skills aim is to promote and support skills development of the young Albanians to become decent and skillful workforce for future in Albania through introduction of new ways of promoting skills, creation of conditions / opportunities for the young talented people to prove, improve and build more decent and smarter career with the power of skills and through facilitation and supporting the exposure of young skilled & talented Albanians to international learning, skilling and working standards. And thereby, improve the recognition and status of vocational education and training in the Albanian society. For this purpose, they annually organize National Skills Competitions in Albania, Skills Week, Albanian Girls in ICT Academy, Career Guidance for Albanian Youngsters Academy, sectorial competitions and hackathons, such are Sustainable Ideation Tourism Hachkathon”, “Show Your Talent” in fashion and leather design, “AgroTech Hachkathon”, etc.
The vision and mission of Albanian Skills team is to be developed as the unique national hub for skills, join the family of WorldSkills and EuroSkills and bringing young talented Albanians to WorldSkills Competitions as the unique opportunity for the country to influence excellence in VET systems, Labour Market and Private Sector Engagement in addition to the implementation of many initiatives and Erasmus+ projects focussing skills, VET, employbility, excellence etc.
